These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the platuu.com website and the PLATUU early-access waitlist. PLATUU ("Platuu", "we", "us") is an early-stage service; for any legal matter, contact us at hello@platuu.com. By using this website or submitting the early-access form, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service this covers
At this stage, this website provides information about PLATUU and lets you join a waitlist for early access. The PLATUU application itself is not yet generally available. These Terms cover the website and waitlist only; a separate agreement will apply when the application launches.
2. The waitlist is not a guarantee
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to PLATUU, a place in any particular plan, or any specific price. Plans, pricing, and features described on this website are indicative and may change before launch. We will contact waitlist members individually as access becomes available.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through our forms;
- Use the website to send spam, malware, or automated/bulk submissions;
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its underlying systems;
- Copy, scrape, or reuse website content without permission.

The PLATUU name, logo, website content, and design are owned by PLATUU and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

This website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.
