This Privacy Policy explains how PLATUU ("Platuu", "we", "us") — an early-stage service — collects, uses, and protects information when you visit platuu.com and join our early-access waitlist. For any privacy or legal matter, contact us at hello@platuu.com.

When you submit the early-access form, we collect the information you provide:

Full name
Email address
Phone number (optional)
Business name
Your role and the plan you're interested in
A short description of your business ("your story") — please do not include sensitive personal information in this field

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information on this website. The site does not currently run analytics or advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to:

Manage the early-access waitlist and contact you when a spot is available;
Respond to your enquiry and understand your business needs;
Contact you with essential service messages — such as when your early-access spot is ready, or changes to this policy;
Send occasional marketing emails about PLATUU's launch, which you can opt out of at any time.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Essential service messages are not marketing and will still be sent.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the waitlist, in the following categories:

A cloud database provider, which securely stores waitlist submissions.
An email service provider, which manages the waitlist and sends updates.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We share only what is needed for them to provide their service. You may contact us at hello@platuu.com if you would like more detail about the specific providers we use.

4. How it's stored and how long we keep it

Waitlist information is stored with the providers named above for as long as the waitlist and early-access programme are active, and for a reasonable period afterwards. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 5).

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA), you may have the right to:

Request a copy of the information we hold about you;
Ask us to correct inaccurate information;
Ask us to delete your information;
Opt out of marketing or promotional emails at any time.

Opting out of marketing emails does not stop essential service messages — such as notifying you when your early-access spot is ready, informing you of changes to this policy, and other messages necessary to provide the service — as these are part of the service you signed up for.

6. Cookies

This website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated clearly.
